Call center The guys represent themselves as being from the 3 promotions team. Although the number is a London number it would appear it is redirected from a foreign country as the language was not great and any question I asked was answered with a repeated line stating the deal they were offering and not actually answering my question. These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!

Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!
