Just received a fake call (pre-recoded) claiming to be from HMRC! Claiming my mum was "going to get sued" and told her to call back on the following number; 0203 322 4298 it s not HMRC. I ve passed it onto HMRC IN London and to the local police and the Met Police Fraud Unit. Quiet nobody answers
Utter nuisance. Some nonsense about phone lines in my area despite Leeds being nowhere near me. Rang me twice in one day despite being dressed down the first time so they re thick-skinned, I ll give them that. Blocked the number now and suggest you do the same.
This number called me also about blocking nuisance calls. Lady called Jessica. I hung up on her and she rang back rude and pushy - had the same method as above commenter.

This number called and said they are from the Accident Support Group, I've googled that name and it does come up on companies house. They have said they have got my details of my accident from Thrifty Car Hire (who happen to be who my courtesy car was from)

SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen.
