Automated message from a number from local dialling call claiming to be an Amazon confirmation of purchase
SCAM Supposedly Amazon about a purchase for a few hundredpounds, usual thing press 1 etc. Only answered as it was a local number but suspect it is a spoofed number.
Claimed he was from telephone preference service and could help with nuisance calls. I never confirm any details they may have about me and neither should you. SCAMMERS

Not a scam at all. It is a Vodaphone number and they offered me a tablet, initially for just over £3 a week which immediately dropped to £10 per month when I declined. I still said no, but caller was polite and not aggressive or persistent. If they keep calling I ll revise this rating.
