Scam Official sounding voice on voicemail stating suspicious and fraudulent activity near border of Wales and advising to press 1 to tal to legal investigator before taking legal action. Mentions checking National Insurance number check. Obvious scam as some of the grammar is confused but quite alarming on first hearing. Caller with a London accent asked for me by name and said the warranty on my washing machine was due to expire and that she just needed to update the paperwork and said it would actually be cheaper, started by asking to confirm my postcode & address.
