Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. 4th March 2022 Called on my friends phone but hung up when I answered. My friend died three months ago and as executer for his estate I have his phone. Call log shows they also called on 22nd Feb 2022 but no message left so the number has been active for at least two weeks.
