I answered the phone to a confident sounding male who I knew was trying to sell something as he began with the usual "I hope I find you well this afternoon". He said our property was on their database as having old fashioned loft insulation. Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!
