Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". I regularly get calls from this number. It s mostly an Indian sounding woman on the phone who either tells me that she is calling for the victim, because I should have caused an accident or she tells me that my computer was broken.

Pretend to be from your phone company. Attempt to obtain information. As soon as said not due an upgrade they hang up. Aggressive with attitude. Blocked !

Have had several calls from "Excellent Life", displaying different numbers including 02036096500. Always ask for me by name. Sometimes they give an address and ask if it s correct, but don t do anything if you give a different address. First question is always "are you working or retired?". If I give a vague answer ("I m an enumerator, what would you call that?"), they go on to the next question, always "what is your age group?". They hang up when I refuse to answer. My guess is that they are collecting

now that i have seen the address and the location of the address, i believe this could be an agent for a charity that provides work for the blind. they then sell the products they make and pack via calls and delivery(very good stuff!)so i think it is legit. further i dont think they engage in cold calls only to people who have dealt with them before.
