Scam. tried to sell something, then when I said not interested, asking where they got my name and number, they changed what they were selling, becoming forceful. I kindly said that they should remove my details from their list and not call again, suggesting they were acting illegally, because I am listed in the TPS, then they slammed the phone down on me.

Nasty Kamran Qayyum and his Pakistani grooming gang target vulnerable young adults in Leicester, taking naked photos of them then blackmailing them to work in Spinney Hill Park as sex workers.

I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. Called my mobile at 18.01 on a bank holiday. Rejected call. Muffled and unclear voicemail left sounding like they were saying maybe the name of who was calling me. They obviously don’t listen properly to realise it’s the voicemail recording talking not an actual person!SCAM

SCAM Said from Vodafone upgrade team and could offer me a great deal on a upgrade. Asked them to email me the details so I could check it over. Email looked dodgy, address wasn't a Vodafone one. Forwarded onto Vodafone and they said not a genuine email from them. Called me back again and got angry when I challenged them on what Vodafone said. Told me I'd get another email to prove they were genuine within 30mins, still waiting a few hours later. Four calls today alone, all from different numbers!

Scam calls usually related to Crypto. They generate new fake spoofed numbers (including this one), and call from UK, China, and other random countries. Previous owner of my phone number must have signed up on their website for information, but they have been calling me for over a year despite me saying its not the right person.

Instead, they are trying to hack in to your account and need you to tell them the one-time passcode that gets sent to your phone. If you give them the code, you will find yourself owing thousands of pounds for expensive new iPhones ordered under your name and delivered to the scammers.
