I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. This no. is very similar to others starting 01772 (which is supposedly Preston, but with spoof phoning this could be from anywhere in the World) then 924, then 3 digits e.g. 045...
