Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I was rudely spoken to when I was understandably annoyed and the person on the other end of the phone even rang my phone back just to get me to pass the phone to the collector with me, to ask him to leave as they weren t offeri

Claimed to be from a fraud investigation team. Hung up immediately. Phishing for credit card or bank info I expect.

This number has called 4 times today and 4 times yesterday. Tried calling it back but it doesn't answer.

Keeps calling for the last 3 days, when I answer, there is no sound and when I call back it doesn't even give a ring tone.

A debt collection company who collect debts on behalf of eBay. My fees have been paid once then I got an email saying it d been withdrawn and I still owed fees to the sum of £25. This company however claim I owe £50?! For selling a few dresses online are you kidding. Won t see penny one from me you slag.
