Tried to scam me by calling my phone and asked for my email address. Then I was told to check my email for a password to allow her to add me to her address list because she allegedly lost her list. When I checked the email message it was a code authorizing to reset my Facebook password, so I did not give the information. This person was even messaging in our native dialect. She avoided talking to me live though when I answered her call the first time, and just sent the message asking for my email.

These call Are becoming more and more frequent and even though I have asked to be removed from their database I still Get them I even got a call 10 mins after I had been quite rude to the man on the previous call ! They are persistent and asking for my details so that they can send me a link to a webinar even though I have been very clear that I am not interested. I think it might be a phishing call

This number was the one that appeared on my phone as having called me, after receiving an automated call supposedly from Visa, informing me of suspicious transactions on my account and to press 1 to accept or 2 if I did not. Later I phoned this number, using 141 beforehand so they would not know who called, and a man answered...just an "ordinary sounding guy", no mention of an office/bank/or fraud squad. I asked to speak to a random person and apologised for dailling a "wrong number"..

I was called by a lady from Meme Makeovers from this number. A lady offered my a photoshoot for a competition I had won from a wedding exhibition where I had left my details. She subsequently was incredibly rude and pretty much accused me of lying when I told her that her sales rep had not told me about a deposit of £35 and when I told her to call me the next day so I could think about it before committing, became pretty aggressive - complete disaster!! If I were you, I would avoid - if they bully you a
home improvement company.
SCAM / SPAM Pre recorded message claiming to be from HMRC threatening you with arrest unless you press 1 on the keypad. I suspect the second you press 1 you will be connected to a premium rate call and end up with a whopping bill. Just hang up.
