Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.

Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". Called asked for Emily Simmonds. I told them that I didn t anyone of that name and that they must be operating a scam of some sort.
