07893 921376 automated call to say 2 incidents of £300 taken from Amazon account.

Incredibly rude asian sounding man told me he was ringing from the citizens advice bureau about my unsecured debts. Asking for someone with a different name, informed him three times that wasn't my name but he kept talking over me. Told him I didn't have any unsecured debts he then asked me if I was dropped on my head as a child because I was a liar and obviously stupid. Absolute bunch of time wasters.

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. 'Simon tried to deliver a package this morning. but no-one was at home.' I was directed to an http website to rearrange a post office delivery. (I did not go there) - I have no deliveries due. -I was at home. -The post office have never contacted me in this way before. -I have had similar messages from 'Simon' from different numbers in the past. This number seems dangerous.

Claims to be BT technical suggesting they are cutting broadband services off for illegal activities, they can’t give the account name or number. Multiple calls this morning regarding this from other numbers too.

I have my suspicions its a scam number as they took 29.99 out of my credit card account

SCAM call from a man with Asian accent who said he was BT Openreach. I asked him if there was a problem with my BT internet. He said yes, how did I know that? I said well why else would you be phoning me? He said it's been running very slow for the last few days to which I replied that it's come to a complete stop because I don't have BT internet. I then told him to do something that I won't repeat and hung up.

Caller claimed to be representing blockchain.com claiming I had an account with them containing about £4,000.00 (I know that I have never had anything to do with cryptocurrency). I told them I knew this was a scam. They wouldn't stop pushing, so I played along a little. They then asked me to download Teamviewer. So they were either likely going to lock me out of my computer or attempt to steal my passwords. I gave the guy a serious roasting and hung up.

Man with a thick Indian accent rang claiming to be from BT ringing about the internet slowing down at the house. He had my name and address and postcode. When I asked what my account number was he reeled off a number (which later check was wrong). I said I’d call by back and he gave me an 0333 number saying it was BT customer service. Rubbish! Very clever scammers trying to gain access to your internet where they can steal your bank details etc

SCAM automated message saying I had £600 from my account withdrawn followed by options. Be vigilant.

A scam - told me my visa card had been used =charges to Amazon (that always means its a rubbish call) and then a 4 figure charge outgoing to Western Union. I don't have a Visa card

This was an automated call claiming to be from a bank (unspecified), warning me about two purchases through Amazon, on my bank card. I had a similar call for a local number earlier in the day. I didn't click 1 or 2 to authorise or to get help. Apparently the number is a landline in Bangalore!
