I received this call yesterday and it appears to originate from Meriden, Conneticut. I automatically ignore these sorts of numbers and block them. However, I'm being inundated with these calls on a daily basis and it's so frustrating as they will keep calling you but from a different number!

Unpleasant SCAM / SPAM. They left this voice mail message on my phone: "For you there is a tax fraud case registered under your name. You have to press one to get connected to the officer of HMRC. I signed up to a modelling agency and I am unsure if it is legit or not, I only gave telephone details and addresses, not other details.
rec'd call 01/12/15 the line was silent for about 10 secs, then I disconnected.
Called 2-3 times a day, repeatedly. loan was already under control of debt management plan.

Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!
