SCAM Scam to try and give your card details for an "exclusive Sky mobile offer".

Trying to suggest that two sums of money had left my account. Usual request to press a key. No introduction, no company or bank name. Very poor scam attempt. It may fool some people.

Scam call from India. Automated message with American accent saying they are from HMRC and they legal action is filed against you blablabla. When you hold the line you speak to some Indian in an Indian call center. Cheap scam, wonder who would still falls for bullshit like this.

Posing as stockbrokers and constantly wanting your money. Because if you open their account and put your money in it. You can forget your money.

I was tricked by this number online fraud travel agency for paying them online tickets money , which obviously i never recieved , waited for 24hrs to get etickets ,they said u can claim a refund because airline is not providing tickets For refund to my same card they asked me a passcode which i told them and they said to wait and when i opened app more of money was gone instead of recieving it back.... SCAM Phoned me claiming to be my "domestic item" insurance provider and wanted me to renew for another year. Could not supply any details of policy or date when taken out. The number is answered as "Pro Marketing"

Possible scam. Women said she was from Amazon and they'd noticed unusual activity on my Mum's account. Told her to press 1 if she hadn't bought something for £700. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.

07401878848 is a mobile phone number at an indian call centre, i traced it back through the network. Someone pretending to be from amazon stating that my details have been used to order some high value items and that to cancel it i would have to do as they instructed. They wanted remote access to my computer/tablet/phone so they could steal my data. The idiots didn't realise that they had phoned an it company. when i informed them of their mistake they hung up.

rang 11-05-2022 claiming to be BT internet we just hung up. we live in the Leeds LS25 area.

Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?
