This was the first time there was an automated call at the other end purporting to be from HMRC asking me to press 1 because I hadn’t replied to them so they would start legal proceedings. SCAM I was text by number 07311 255050 by someone pretending to be my child in trouble asking me to WhatsApp them on this number 07564739632. DO NOT give these people money. If your child isn’t with you, call them in their original number to see if they’re ok. This is fake and a scam.

The call was from a VISA fraud checking unit. However the number was the fax number for a garage in Penkridge, Stafford that closed down some time ago. Clearly scammers have cloned the number.

Called the number and they put the phone down on us clearly a fraud from a foreign country. Called bank and blocked account from been ripped off by these disgusting evil cretins. Be aware they are changing the last few digits on this number so less recognisable

They called pretending to be our internet provider and wanted to connect to our internet to see if there were any issues. When we declined and told them that we had a dedicated I.T department that dealt with that, they hung up.

I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.

Recorded message saying it was Amazon and that they were going to debit my account by £79.99 renewal. If I disagreed with this then press 1 to speak to a manager. I'm not with Amazon and number now blocked.

I made three calls to Damart sort out an order made through their website Only when I got my phone bill did I discover I had been charged over 25 for the calls to customer service This is totally unacceptable
