Scam caller - claimed to be from Virgin. I kept them on the line for a while then when I told them I was aware they were a scammer they immediately became very abusive. Vulnerable people could be taken in.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. SCAM Automated voice saying they were my internet service provider and I had committed illegal activity over my internet connection. Definite scam as this number actually belongs to a shoe shop in Huddersfield!

SCAM Pretending to be an investment agent, asking to invest you own money.

SCAM Pretending to be my daughter asking (in a text pretending the phone was damaged so they couldn’t speak to me) for £1220 urgent into her account. I refused and told them no. They persisted “I’m not lying”. I didn’t believe them. I called my daughter who clarified it was not her.

Indian scammers again! Robo message "Bank Security regarding 2 charges this morning, one to Amazon for 800 and one to an overseas transfer for 1100..." Pressing 2 got an indian man who got really shitty with mew and hung up when he said "Thankl you for calling..." and I told him he had called me.

FRAUD - got my details keeps calling. Seeing me emails selling crap. Won't stop no matter how many times you ask. I hope this person has a slow and painful death - definitely what they deserve!!!!

Incoming call saying Hammersmith & Fulham Borough of 02087483020 So I looked it up as didn't answer it looks genuine but why would a London Borough for Housing phone me up when I live up North is beyond me. So for this am sorry to say it's a SCAM. Compared to the other 3 Comments left with Reviews

Spoke to a gentleman who called from this number. Sounded middle eastern. Was very polite and respectful, He asked me if I could send him video of me having sex with a pig. I told him I would not feel right violating his wife. He laughed wildly and hung up!

Scam recording from my visa card Co advising 2 fraud transactions for big amts, called my card Co from no on bk of my card and no transactions have taken place, be careful all especially the elderly, try use a credit card at all times then transfer from Yr debit card to pay it, never take out he house Yr debit card, as bank don't always reimburse u for fraud, the credit card Co will if you have shown you took care reporting any suspicious activity and were careful with Yr details online. Booked a holiday through this number they claimed they were loveholidays, they took payment sent a fake booking confirmation and there's no such reference number, currently hoping the bank will reimburse us

This is a Bedford number so it will be the scammers at J Talk pretending to be your BT manager. Somehow got my personal mobile number but when told the time of day he rang the company number immediately. BT, how do these people obtain private details, someone must be passing them on?

This is a scam mobile...claiming your card account has been fraudulently scammed for international money transfers of substantial amounts. Do not press any numbers! Hang up and block this number. This number is is DANGEROUS 100%!

Fraud SCAM. Telephone call from 01608 685319 on Tuesday 6 June. Recorded message claiming to be from unspecified bank about suspicious transactions. Obviously attempt at fraud. Telephone call terminated and number blocked.

Fraud SCAM Banking Bank scam, of which they don't actually state which bank is calling, in which you will be informed that your account has been debited £300 on something from Amazon and another £1100 on an unspecified international purchase. Message also suggest the you ring back to speak to an operator with the company, again not named, if you need further help or information. I suggest you DO NOT do this.

SCAM - twice had calls from this number with a recorded message saying I had been charged £79.99 by Amazon for Amazon Prime Services - hung up and contacted Amazon - call is not from them.

Fraud: Bank scam. Suggests they are from your bank (but they don't tell you which one because they don't know) Informs you by automated call that large transfers have been made out of your account (which is rubbish). They hope you will be daft enough to talk to them so they can obtain your bank details. Why the Police and Telephone companies still allow these fraudsters to operate it beyond me.

SCAM Second call in as many minutes all from Blackburn area telephone numbers. Supposedly from our Bank- 2 transactions this morning - one from Amazon for £300 and another for £1100 for International Money transfer - suspicious- if you didn’t authorise these press 1 to speak to someone- didn’t- now blocked.
