She said can you turn on your computer I replied do you think I am f****** mad to which she replied yes. Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. THis is fake. I had a text pretending to be from my bank, about a transaction. My bank says no such transaction, and they did not send this message. Advice: do not call the number on the text, call your bank using the number printed on the back of your bank card.
2nd call in 2 weeks as per other comments. Rude and pushy female not understanding when I said thank you but I m not interested. Was about mobile account and what fabulous tariffs they can offer.

I received the number 01223933956 this morning. Claimed to be a Sean with a very heavy Indian sub-continent accent, from BT Outreach claiming there were problems with my internet. I engaged with him, to spin him along so he would have less time with more vulnerable people but when he realised what I was doing he became very abusive.
