At least 2 calls a day from this number... I never usually answer because I am working. It is something about finance and binary options. Told them to take my number off the database and they called me back 5 minutes later and hung up on me.

Called, answered and line was explicitly silent, I held off speaking as I have had several of this type of call that then disconnect as soon as you speak. After about 10secs I spoke & the line indeed cut off instantly. So they are using the modern tech
