Claims to be HMRC , but goes to an Indian call centre. Ignore .

Keep getting calls from numbers which start with 01273901924 upto 1937, these are scam calls and they change the last two numbers all the time but its the same scammers and i just let the phone ring as i have a long list of scam calls and i can only block 50 on my phone.

Fraud/Scam. They say that they are calling from your bank regarding 2 fraudulent transactions. I know very well that no known bank has Head Quarters based in Meriden. Scam/Fraud!! Be aware!!

American accent male stating they are calling from the financial conduct authority and have suspicious transactions on one of my accounts. “Press 1 to talk to a person about this” Generic auto call, no specific info sounds like a scam possibly but I ended the call without doing anything.

SCAM pretended to be amazon prime - refunding the money. wanted me to download "anydesk" for them to access my phone to refund. (didnt download anydesk and gave them a false ID code)

Text received saying, “ Simon attempted to deliver today your parcel but no one answered. Reschedule & track parcel at: https://postoffice-depot38.com” An obvious Scam with poor grammar too.

Probably a scam. Recorded message talked of transaction on my account (what account?) being halted as it was an unusual transaction, and to press 1 to call back.

Fraud pretending to be bank security stating that someone is trying to use my credit card and asking me to press 1. Put the phone down and call block the number. Somehow they are using what sounds like the same voice as my bank system.

Claim to be NHS track and trace but I have actually had contact with track and trace and they automatically come up NHS this is common mobile number that you can text back

Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. This number called me on 28.04.23. Supposedly, a message from my bank to inform that my debit card had been used for suspicious purchases. To cancel the 2 transactions and speak to an agent press 1, which I did. A woman with a very strong foreign accent requested my name, date of birth and address in order to make the cancellation. She then asked for my card sort code, which rang alarm bells. I told her that if she was calling from my bank she should already know that and I would ring them. She hung up.

SPAM Going by other reports it is a Bank Scam, claiming 2 dodgy payments on your account. But could also be the dreaded I'm calling from Microsoft - monitoring the worlds IP addresses and yours is being used illegally. Whoever they are block the number and relax. It might be good if you have your Banks fraud team number logged in the phones phone book.

Fraud called telling me that somebody in the USA has just spent £600 on my debit card and to stop payment they needed my sort number for my account when I said I will contact my bank myself they hung up.

This is a some sort of prank number. They do not speak then drop the call. Please arrest them and bring them to the nearest police station for questioning.

Was messaged by this number claiming to be NHS tracing, warning me that I’ve been in contact with someone with Omnicron.

Pretended to be from Virgin Media, but I know they do not call from Manchester and they give their first name when they call you. Clearly a scam

received call from +44 7482 458825 - talking in Chinese/ japonese language... all was able to understand was DHL which I know proper DHL not using this number... beware of scam

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Obvious SCAM! Recorded message from un-named bank claiming that 'unusual activity on your account'. Goes on to ask you to click on various numbers to say if genuine transaction or not.
