Fraud tried saying i owe them 400 quid

Claiming to be a company called Phones Ltd about a 40% discount code for o2 - even though that’s not my network provider. Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! Trying to hack into my details. Do NOT give any details to this caller!!

Scam (Debt) kept the guy occupied for 15 mins giving him fake details from my end, he was insistant it wasnt a scam but when i questioned where he was and that i could hear bengali in the background he turned nasty calling me every bad name under the sun. if it is not a scam why get so rude. Says my credit card has been charged and to press 1 if the charges were NOT mine. Somehow getting a call from Russia to say my UK credit card is compromised is a little bit suspect !

I have had two phone calls today from this company First one stating that I owe a parking charge notice that was 60 Now stating its 175 Said if I paid 20 today and if I give my bank details that they would not issue any further court action I explained that I was sat with my mental health support worker at the time and he said he would call back When they phoned back I stated I was unable to make a payment the Scottish guy became very passive aggressive and told me that he would be taking further action and

Beware!!! Scam!! Tried to take money out of my bank account by asking for my card details. Avoid at all cost !!!

They claimed to be BT but never gave a caller name and had identified potential security issues with my BT Internet. Sent me a code number to "prove" they were genuine but it didn't feel right and when I said I thought they were scammers, caller became a bit aggressive.
