Calling about compensation that could be available for a minor motoring incident I ve been involved with recently. They used my maiden name which was a red flag to start with, and I ve not been in any incident. Lady tried to persist with the call after I politely tried to end it so hung up instead. Looking back at call history there s been 6 missed calls from this number in last week with no messages left. Number now added to blocked list.

Very persistent, apparently works on commission. Sounded like a nice bloke trying very hard to make some money but... beware. Obvious indian or pakistani accent but then gave a very english name. Never give personal details or commit anything on a cold call.

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Googled his number whilst he was on the line and numerous reports of him being a scammer and not E-on. 14 Oct 2021 - Caller pretended to be a friend of my daughter when she had asked for her and I told her she no longer lived here. She said her name was Sarah and claimed she had pressed the wrong number in her list of contacts. Seemed very plausible as daughter has a Friend named Sarah, but transpires they haven't been in touch for years. Reply

I just got a call from this number left the message asking me to call back about my Cargo delivery that I have requested online. when I called back the automated voice said Concord logistics and I was put on hold for the longest I can imagine since all the advisors are busy. and then after a while the repeat message disappeared and the ringing started with no response. what is going on? am I being scammed?
