Which I did (as I cancelled it 4 years ago already). Got what sounded like Asian children talking at high speed, very broken up. I traced the mobile phone to a field in Manchester. That is a legitimate business then?? I think not.

After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it. Automated voice telling me my insulation in the loft isn't 'up to govt. standard'. Says he's called Tom and that hey will arrange an appointment today to come and have a look at the insulation. He doesn't sound really automated, but clearly this voice is. As soon as I asked if he was a computer the phone went dead.
