This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! Scam. Claiming to be from "Phonehouse" and wanted full details of my mobile phone model and contract in order to give me a "good deal". I wasn't going to do this and fully refused before they hung up on me. Sounded very noisy where they were.

They say there from the call blocking service but they are not as I checked it with the call blocking service another scammer who wants your card details.

This number keeps calling me. Everyday 2-3 a day. It is vey annoying as I am at work and I don t want to switch off my phone as I have a family and I need to be available for them to contact me.

Safe number Sky VIP. I ended up with a much better deal. The number 0800 862 0818 is genuine, but everyone should always consider if a number is spoofed - try to get them to tell you something about you that they know already. Eg if they ask for your email, tell them a fake one and see if they know it's fake. If they don't, they may not be genuine.
Had a call from this number - I never speak, so the phone was put down without the caller speaking. However, I am registered with TPS. Looking at the comments, it seems to me that the caller has been "identified" in many different ways. I can only assume that it must originate from criminal sources.

TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think
