Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. On picking up the phone the line was silent for a couple of seconds, then there was the brief sound of call centre chatter and the line went dead. Almost certainly a scam call.

I have had several calls from this number offering me a payday loan, the callers English is very poor and have used different names for the company they work for on occasion, definitely not a trustworthy caller.

Picked up call when visiting my very elderly mother. They knew her name but little more. They asked to speak to her but would not say who they were, but said it was important. I said I would not continue if they would not identify themselves @nd they terminated call. Asian man was calling. Don?t think they targeted her because of her age.
