My answerphone is permanently on to intercept this sort of thing. These people have started leaving malicious and abusive messages. Thought this went beyond telemarketing so reported them to police. Their response was to advise if I don t want abusive calls don t use answerphone! Not sure who s the bigger waste of space, cretinous telemarketers or the Met.

Fraud More washing machine expired warranty cold calling. Very persistent female commanding voice after the customary pause you get with these calls. Got a call before 8:00 this morning, caller said my computer was sending error messages to the Microsoft server. Asked him which computer and he got excited and asked me how many I had. Told him to shove off.
Automated message - asking about a car accident I'd been in... I don't own a car. *slow clap* Tempted to actually follow through with the call and lead them on until I get the opportunity to state my injuries as "fatal" - and that I should sue for manslaughter.

My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

SCAM Second call in as many minutes all from Blackburn area telephone numbers. Supposedly from our Bank- 2 transactions this morning - one from Amazon for £300 and another for £1100 for International Money transfer - suspicious- if you didn’t authorise these press 1 to speak to someone- didn’t- now blocked.
