I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information.
