Like other reviewer, I had the same call today from a lady with a very strong accent and could not understand a word she was saying apart from hearing 02. Told her I wasn't with 02, she said you are, (I think). Put the phone down and blocked it. Does make me laugh when these spammers try to tell you, you have a product when you don't, do they really think we are that stupid!!

SPAM was called from London by an Indian man who insisted he was my network provider and then asked who was? I wouldn't tell him so he again insisted he was my O2 network provider to which I replied "no you're not!" he hung up, have now blocked this number

I have has these calls before and seemed to be an obvious scam, so I briefly went along… The caller said I would receive an email from o2 but first I would have to pass security and he would send me 2 links with questions. Told him he was a scammer and hung up. Reported call & number to the ICO

020 8144 3803 Windows computer virus scam. They (whoever 'they' are) have been using the same script for years. In fact, this number goes back a while. They con you into giving them access to your PC, plant a virus on it (supposedly) then charge you £100's to remove it. Just hang up & block the number.

SCAM This number is spoofed and is not from Norway. "Bank Security" scammer, press 2 to speak to an advisor. The "advisor" will try to persuade you to download remote access software. Do not do this!!!
