Pressed further, he admitted it was a personal injury (or as he put it, "personal welfare") claims referral. This is the first call from this number, it s a premium rate number, if the call is important they would leave a voicemail but they didn t, it s possible it s for ppi or some other cold caller, if it calls again I will block it but won t answer it.
