CALLS FROM COMPANY CLAIMING TO ACT KN BEHALF OF O2. TRYING TO GET ME TO UPGRADE. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH O2 GIVING OUT MY CONTRACT DETAILS TO OTHERS. It rings once and stops. Its designed for the user to call back and its a premium rate number. I think its ee. I get called every day by this. I m out of contract and o2 is starting to look better every day. Like a previous comment states DO NOT CALL BACK.
So this number comes up for a Polish restaurant Folk House Zakopane in London. Well they'd have no reason to be calling people out of the the blue and 'Max' claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse.
SCAM claiming to be National Insurance fraud, I asked them to delete my number, was met by an angry man's voice saying no.
020 is the code for London. The 8 afterwards denotes outer London. But if you want the specific address, you'll have to phone the number!

Apparently someone from "credit investigation" saying I have "several debts" but that they know "I'm paying them off" and attempted to get more information from me. Absolutely a massive scam caller, no company name given and just factually incorrect. They're fishing for some poor person who's in debt that will believe the nonsense they're saying. Be very careful and do not give them information, they had my full name. Scammer/Phishing.
