I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. Survey - Someone with a heavy Indian accent (barely could understand him) called me in South Africa to take part in some 20 minute survey. I declined despite him being persistent. Have blocked this number.

Picked up the phone some smarmy fella asking to speak to Jim I said Jim speaking he then asked if i wanted to see his dingaling i said how could i over the phone He hung up
A woman with a very foreign accent that I could barely understand, it sounded like she said she was calling from o2 but like I say could hardly understand her. I said I am not with o2 and will be reporting this call to the relevant authorities as it is an unsolicited call, she just said ok and bye.
