He phoned me on Sunday in response to my ad and offered me the spare parts I wanted for my classic car. We agreed a price and then he said he wanted payment by bank transfer as he was about to go away on holiday. Just had a call this morning from this number saying therey were from Virgin media and were calling because they were getting error messages from my router so they called to fix it. SCAM - has to be as I have no contacts in the north of England and the number, once blocked, is followed within a couple of hours by another similar number coming from the same location. This has happened to me 4 times now - the same pattern of one number followed a couple of hours later by another. AVOID as it can only be a scam.

I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.
