Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! had a call from this number today the person on the other end was asking to speak to a person giving the name and that person don't live here when I said this to them they asked again and I said the same no one lives here of that name she then started getting abusive and said why are you lying why are you lying if you don't want my service just say so and then hung up. I don't even know what she was selling I asked her name and company and she wouldn't tell me
Automated message purporting to be from Amazon Prime stating that £39.99 was about to be taken out of my account. Instructed to press 1 to speak to a representative.
