Marketing for JD Williams. The caller asked me if I was a Mr or a Mrs, which didn t get things off to a good start. Then started arguing with me when I questioned who they were, promised to call back later, even though it was obvious that I didn t want that (it felt more like a threat than a nicety) and put the phone down on me when I was in the middle of trying to explain that the person they were trying to speak to didn t live at my house anymore. So they were genuine, but aggressive, so a really bad a
saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.
