Claimed to be phoning in respect of an accident 2 years ago. When asked which company they were he said he was not calling from a company but from the Claims Team that works with a lot of insurers. Asked him who paid his wages. Eventually he hung up. Scam from top to bottom.

I was phoned today saying from a young chap claiming I was going to receive a letter tomorrow informing me of a PPI refund, and somehow my bank suddenly owes me money back. I asked this chap which bank may owe me this money, he said it could be from one of several banks which I have accounts with, which he just named several banks off a list. Told him I did not have bank account with any of the banks he mentioned. This chap started to guess that I am owed PPI from one of my credit cards. He asked for my cre

SCAM / SPAM A recorded voice informed me that a criminal action had been raised against me for tax evasion and fraud. It asked me to press 1 to avoid this action. On calling the number there was no pick-up and the call was ended. Suspected scam.
