This a scam call center number.
SCAM. They sent me a text saying they were from USPS. The message was as followed: The USPS package arrived at the warehouse but could not be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please confirm your address in the link. https://usps.deliveeroccy.com (Please reply 1, then exit the text message and open it again to activate the link, or copy the link and open it in your Safari browser). The USPS team wishes you a wonderful day!

Coronavirus. Claimed to be from government updating records about coronavirus. This is the 4th call with this claim. They ask questions about vaccination and whether you have had the virus. They claim there is some government initiative to pay half of insurance claims relating to the virus. The whole exercise comes to a stop when I won't tell them who my life insurance is with. One call even suggested I make up a provider, so I suggested he make one up. Seems like a phishing scam.
Number called my phone not sure how anyone has my mob number as its not listed . Didnt pick up but came up on my phone as 5 sapphires ni idea what that is but number from london (blocked).

Sales call the second I have had in 2 days despite being registered onTPS. Said they were in my postcode area and that I was on a list for having out of date loft insulation and wanted to send a man into my loft! Rang off when I said that was inconvenient. Polite but persistent.

I receive frequent calls from this number and when answering the caller hangs up.
Cold called me and said I had asked for a home owner loan - I had not. When challenged there was an excuse ready regarding a re-dial but this did not seem remotely plausible. I suspect it’s a Phishing/Finance scam - please beware!

They said they had called from a friend’s phone 07599569709 which was about to die. This is terrible preying on parents. I don’t know what would have happened if I clicked on the number. Had 6 hour long vonversation , with 10+ people representing SKY television.. now asking for feedback for my recent contact with SKY /02 ? , I'm not replying just incase it could be a scam , but I'm not sure ..so personally stating safe by not replying to the message via Text , they fully Aware it cost's Mr money yo send a text ..yet they asking me for positive feedback..knowingly it'll charge money ..
