Fifth time they have phoned me. Today, I decided to play with them and told them that indeed I had been in an accident. Made up a load of details and then after around 30mins told them I had been playing with them and I hope I had wasted their time like they have wasted mine over the last few weeks. Even then he was trying to persuade me I had whiplash and when I told him I had not and had not been in an accident he said "You must not know what whiplash is!" Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.

Appears to be an Internet Service provider scam - claiming to cut your service within 24 hours.

Line disconnected when I picked the phone up - probably automated call centre phoning numbers at random in some kind of phishing scam. We have had a lot of these!
