He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! I told him not to call again and blocked the number from calling. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager to complain there is no answer! So angry!!

Pre recorded message purported to be forwarded from BT - saying Landline and Broadband services were due ti be terminated and given 2 options - press 1 to halt the termination process or press 2 to continue with the termination. Called today and asked for me by name. Sounded suspicious I did not acknowledge that but asked "who is this?" a couple of times and the line then went dead. Rang 1471 to get the number and then called it back with 141 in front of it and the line; thus this is one of latest scams where to callers hide behind a false but apparently valid so as to get round call identity phones
