Advised call that my loft is fully insulated and boarded. Caller said we'll call that closed then. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.

This number called an Australian number 5 times.
Replied to several SMS text messages. the text messages contained no number only St Marys club but later appeared on my mobile phone invoice and had originated in Russia. All return texts cost 45p each a total of £2.70 in additional costs.
