Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". I have been contacted by a Company called UK Loan Ltd, the foriegn gentleman called Richard explained all the loan details and even gave me a reference number and the number to call them back.
