Just hang up as there is no identification to suggest they are real and there are no confirmed names or card details to ensure it is you or your card. NHS Golden Jubilee Hospital Clydebank - a genuine call(!) - am amazed, in this day & age... Didn't answer (due to spammers/cold-callers) - however they phone a week b4 to confirm appointments.
