These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. These mugs keep calling my grandmothers house, so have them the wrong address and then I kept questioning who they are, and why they are calling.
