These people SHOULD NOT MAKE UNSOLICITED CALLS!!!

Claims to be from HMRC - suggests tax evasion - as others have said - put the phone down!

This company uses various combinations of telephone number. I just let the answer phone kick in. If I recognise the voice I then answer, can have 6 -10 of this type of call a day. I do 1471 and keep a note of all the numbers and then check them out on Google.

male with a first name only asked for address and said to call on BEHALF of the (Edinburgh) Council. He was not aware that I moved and wanted to continue CONFIRMING personal data. Because the caller didn t want to say company and reason, I asked them to write me a letter.
