But will not discuss anything unless you tell them the last digits of bank account, full address and password or memorable information (in full - not just selected characters). Clear from other sites this is a scam - but how did they get new Sky customer information?

scam call claiming to be Scottish Power

I have had three calls from fictitious numbers being used by these criminals in one day. They are easily identified by crackling noises and indistinct speech. I said nothing. They quickly rang off. If I had let them they would have tried to get access to my computer.

This is a unwanted one way incoming call, From a debt collector named CSL Credit Security Limited. They call you even if you don?t have any debts. They don?t leave a voicemail and when you call back it?s just a beeping tone. Also they call you on your Viber app at the same time.
