Called Sunday morning claiming to be doing a health survey for the government. Told them i needed proof. Gave me a couple of freephone numbers to ring which also seem dodgy. having read this thread I ve no doubt they will phone again but forewarned is forearmed.

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it.
