Phone call received at 1105hrs this morning ( 12th April ) caller with an Asian accent introduced herself as Mary from Sky Technical support advising me that they had received several reports that my internet was causing problems. I terminated the call at this point.

Scam. Pretended to be O2 and randomly offered me 30% off my bill. He had no information on me, very unprofessional, wanted me to confirm all my personal data. When I suggested this was a scam he hung up on me.

Said he was doing a survey about energy, said that i lived in one on the highest energy use areas in the country and local energy providers want to understand why. I said I would not answer any questions.but he proceeded to ask if I had double glazing. I repeated I was not prepared to disclose any information about me or my property to someone on the phone I did not know. He was polite and hung up. I did feel it was leading to a scam call

Fraud recording only. claiming that you have a pending case from HMRC and are investigating your financial activity. It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. Someone saying my Amazon account had been hacked and they were from customer services. Tried to get me to log into my bank on my phone.

This number +447802691905, has been tracking my mobile phone, I have just found out tonight. I am very worried and concerned about this and for my personal safety. Anyone who is tracking a persons mobile phone is very Dangerous, Something need to be done about this.

Fraud SCAM Got a call from this number, 21/02/2024 at 16:41. Scam caller claiming to be carphone warehouse, which I have no account or dealings with. The people on the other end were talking together unaudibly for at least 30 seconds before some lady spoke through the phone claiming to be carphone warehouse, which she called ‘carphone company’. Hang up and block this number immediately.

Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!
