It is possible that this phone call is not authentic and does not belong to Amazon, despite what the caller may suggest."
Fraud - pretends to be British Gas and is quite consistent on speaking to our Manager. Has called several times over the past fortnight.

SCAMwas phoned by this number at 1.17 pm today. it was a recorded message stating that my Amazon Prime account was about to --at this point i hung up. I rang the number, it was a gentleman who hadn't a clue what was going on and clearly, his number appears to have been taken over without his knowledge. He thanks me saying he will contact his phone provider to sort it out.
Recorded message threatening large debit from bank account (£700). Amazon mentioned in call. Almost certainly a scam. Actual number 07448-410-752.

This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. a lady with eastern european accent called enquiring about the subscription to my DNA MyHeritage account. didnt seem formal and she was on the streets as I can hear people and traffic. either the site is full of scammers or has been hacked.
Claimed to be calling from o2 offering 40% discount. I was sent a text message with a code and asked for the code. (suspicious) I was then asked for the answer to my security question. (dead giveaway)
