This is a call centre in India that uses voip numbers to look like they are in London, it is a scam. I made the mistake of entering my mobile phone number in an add on YouTube for information on how to make money from trading, been getting these calls ever since, they don't give up, they change the numbers every day so searching on phone lookup sites don't show bad reviews. scam call. apparently from my mobile provider and I have been selected to have my bill reduced, I asked who my provider was, they couldn't answer, and then asked how much it would be reduced too and they then asked for my last bill, I said if they are my provider they know how much my bill is and then the phone went down, they will try anything
