Keeps calling, last phone call when they asked to speak to me I replied," No you can t, she died last week. Needless to say tthe following day , guess what?, they rang again. As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!
