A scam caller called Crypto-something-or-other. Offered me 50 dollars of Bitcoin in exchange for attending some seminar; no doubt the scam is that they try to sell you more junk cryptocurrency. Nobody really transfers Bitcoin in increments as low as $50 because the fees are so high. They knew my first name somehow and ignored the TPS Do Not Call list.

SCAM. I think this is a scam it was sent to me on a text per porting to come from one of my sons - it seems to be sent from Manchester and my son is somewhere not even in Uk.

It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. SCAM This number is after your money. It called me and an automated voice comes in and tells you that large sums of money are being taken from your Amazon account. They ask you to click a number to stop the transactions or to go ahead with the transactions. I hung up. Then later received the same exact message from a different number.

Called, said they were from our bank. Said there were two withdrawals of substantial amounts that seemed out of character for us. Then said they needed to go through security questions. I hung up, called the bank and it's another scam.

SCAM asking parents to send money, pretending to be their child

SCAM making out to be a Television Repair Insurance company. Very persistent when you tell them that you haven’t got one. They also know your address and try to say they’ll take money from your account. I didn’t give any details and kept saying I haven’t taken out any such item. They kept saying yes you have back in 2021 when it was free for 2 years. I said I never brought a Television then they said well you must have brought some kind of appliance then. I kept saying no and eventually they put the phone d

Phoned said my name then said its your bank we need to veryfi unusual activity on your bank account, give me your full name, address date of birth. I said NO, he insisted and I said NO, you have phoned me I don't know who you are he then hung up. I contacted my bank immediately and it was not one of their phone numbers.

Recorded female voice with English accent saying my Mastercard had been used to make payments of hundreds of pounds. I closed call without saying anything. No bank would contact you in this way.
